I think we can remove mozilla::layers::Diagnostics itself

Summary: Remove mozilla::layers::Diagnostics::GetFrameOverlayString() → Remove mozilla::layers::Diagnostics
Assignee: nobody → tetsuharu.ohzeki

This also remove FPSCounter, TimedMetric, and these prefs:

  • layers.acceleration.draw-fps.print-histogram
  • layers.acceleration.draw-fps.write-to-file
