Steps:
0. Enable a high contrast theme on the Windows settings

  1. Go to about:addons in Firefox
  2. Click "Themes"
  3. Select "System theme"

Actual results:
The theme is not applied correctly and there's an artifact on the top right corner of the window to the right of the _ [] X button.

Expected results:
The theme is applied correctly and there's no artifact on the top right corner of the window to the right of the _ [] X button.

Setting to access-s3 since this is a bug on a specific theme where the workaround is to choose a different one.
