Steps to reproduce:

  • Using Fedora 34.
  • Thunderbird rpm is thunderbird-91.1.0-1.fc34.x86_64
  • Click on the “hamburger menu” (three horizontal bars) a the top right
  • Select “Add-ons and Themes”
  • Three themes are available: System, Light, and Dark
  • Click on “Enable” for the Dark theme
  • In the Inbox Tab of Thunderbird, click on the “Write” button in the menu bar at the top to start writing a new message
  • Type something into the message body
  • In the Menu, select “File -> Close” (Crtl+W)
  • A “Save Message” dialog pops up. It has 3 buttons at the bottom, which are unreadable in the Dark Theme

Actual results:

Buttons in the “Save Message” dialog are unreadable in the Dark Theme.

Expected results:

Buttons in the “Save Message” dialog should be readable in the Dark Theme.

This should be fixed now by bug 1730153 in TB 91.1.1.
