Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:92.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/92.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Play a video in netflix.
  2. Switch to Picture-in-picture mode (The video will play in the PiP window)
  3. Pause the video using the PiP pause button
  4. Restore the video back from PiP to main netflix tab
  5. Click the play button in the netflix tab(The video doesn't play)

Actual results:

The video did not play on clicking the play button.
Had to switch to PiP and click play, then restore to the main Netflix window. Then the play/pause button on the netflix player works properly

Expected results:

The video should have played on clicking play if it was paused from the PiP window.

This works fine in primevideo, issue seen only with netflix

Changing severity to S3 because work-arounds exist and this is somewhat of an edgecase.
