It looks like this is some expected failure according to surrounding code https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/a82dd14b6bc3d05a6a3facc126607e6d34cc2f53/xpcom/tests/gtest/TestPLDHash.cpp#53-58 but somehow on my try pushes is actually does fail the `gtest` suite
