Steps to reproduce:

I have Thunderbird set up to use the system theme, which is a dark theme (Breeze Dark, to be precise). Up until TB 78, it respected the system theme for incoming messages, rendering them with light text on a dark background. Since the upgrade to TB 91.1.0 today, messages are rendered black-on-white, even though the rest of the UI uses a dark theme. The contrast is quite jarring and strains my eyes.
