User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/93.0.4577.82 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
I used this example: https://github.com/thundernest/sample-extensions/tree/master/composeBody
I reply a newsgroup post and click the addon button. After send to newsgroup then load this post, extra space is add at each line start of quote (read in view source).
However, the extra space is not present in compose window.
Actual results:
extra space is add at each line start of quote
Expected results:
no extra space

Not limited to newsgroups, but normal plain text messages have the same issue. I assume this will be fixed by Bug 1768057, Bug 1674830 and/or Bug 1692439.
