Steps to reproduce:

  1. Forward an email
  2. There will be three blank lines above "------Forwared Message-----"
  3. Start typing in second or or third blank line
  4. Misspell a word. Spell checker will not note the misspelling will red underline.
  5. Typing in first blank line works as expected

Actual results:

Spell checker will not note the misspelling will red underline.

Expected results:

The misspelled word should be noted with a red squiggly underline.

Bug 1860754 comment #3 has information on this. The second or third blank line is already in the "forward container" and that isn't spell checked.
