Adding dependency on bug 1733466, because that other bug is about introducing proper support for parametric localizations of extension names/descriptions, instead of the pile of hacks that we have right now.
Is there a milestone for this bug?

This UI works somewhat as a special alternative to about:addons to activate the built in themes, so it doesn't actually use the localized name from the theme. Specifically we only show users "Soft" (and not "Abstract — Soft"), so this shouldn't depend on what addon manager understands of the theme.
