Perfherder has detected a build_metrics performance regression from push 189fb42a52bae7b2b534137ef2eb448313c35ca4. As author of one of the patches included in that push, we need your help to address this regression.

This change seems unlikely to have caused the this regression. I've retriggered it to see if we just got unlucky.

Yeah, don't see how the change should have caused that. If it did, it looks like a compiler optimization bug to me.

The magnitude of the regression is pretty small and we've since improved to below the baseline value from when this first regressed. Calling this wontfix.
