All Firefox DevTools docs available on MDN [1] should be migrated to firefox-source-docs [2]

Directory Structure

• The current dir root (in m-c) containing Contributor docs is devtools/docs it should be devtools/docs/contributor
• The new dir root for user docs should be devtools/docs/user
