Snap layout new windows 11 feature does not work on firefox version ^93 unless title bar is enabled, this has to be fixed

Steps to reproduce:

open firefox
tried to access new snap layout
hovering arrow on maximize button

Actual results:

snap layout popup never appeared

Expected results:

windows 11 snap layout feature should have appeared
