Might be able to reuse the existing spotlight template with an extra additional hidden text attribute that then triggers a "Learn more" link to show. Unclear if we need that link text remotely customizable as the action shouldn't be customizable either -- should always reveal the hidden text? Also unclear if the link should disappear / get replaced on click?

This new/updated template is to allow for showing additional information that might traditionally be a website link, but that would dismiss the whole modal without a way to complete the primary ask.

We'll want telemetry of users clicking the learn more link.
