In the agenda, we style today's events that have finished, and events happening now, differently. In this bug I'll add a label to events stating when they begin, e.g. "in 34 minutes".
To do this I've build a new component which tracks the time and fires events at the start of every minute. Eventually we can hook other things up to it, like the midnight UI update.
