When Bug 1724024 has landed, begin updating page load recordings to mitm7.
If landed before Bug 1724261, recordings that do not have secondary urls yet should include them (see tracking doc)
However if issues arise with secondary urls that do not occur when recording with a single url, the priority is to update page load recordings to mitm7
