Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Firefox with a new profile.
  2. Open a few tabs.
  3. Quit firefox.
  4. Reopen firefox with the profile from step 1.
  5. Navigate to the "Show you how" button using keyboard navigation.

Expected result

  • "Show you how" button is accessible using keyboard navigation.

Actual Result

  • "Show you how" button is not accessible using keyboard navigation.
