Hanging this off of Bug 1736613 for now, but might make more sense to block it on Bug 1617963.

There was a MDN article that gave a decent overview of when to use a certain test suite over other suites. I found this article useful for knowing how to pick which test suite when writing new tests and I figure it still is useful since I can't find something similar in firefox-source-docs. There might be some outdated information on it, calling that out for when the patch is reviewed.
