User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020826 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020826 Some M$ mailer sends attachments as winmail.dat and may be actually any types of file (excel, word). Some third party mail clients (yahoo) can handle winmail.dat, but Mozilla does not. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Expected Results: Display instead of winmail.dat the appropriate file extraced from winmail.dat.
Ah .. this will be a WONTFIX, I think. Read bug 145150 comment 2 and bug 145150 comment 15.
