Steps to reproduce:

When replying to a newsgroup's posting the respective newsgroup shows the usual 'pill' indicating that the newsgroup is not in the user's address book. This is obsolete since nobody stores newsgroups in personal address book.

Expected results:

The 'pill' just shouldn't be attached when the addressee is 'Newsgroup' instead of 'To'.
