menu-fullpage.svg and menu-visible.svg use a black border so changing the color to the current text color will allow the svgs to have contrasting border colors

Hello Niklas! I just want to confirm that this looks as expected and the blue background is no longer used and instead there is a transparent Save full page and black Save page background now for Screenshot options. Thank you in advance.
