We've got a new symbolication service (symbolication.services.mozilla.com). Once we've migrated usage to the new service, we should remove the code for the old service (symbols.mozilla.org/symbolication/) and dismantle the related infrastructure.

willkg merged PR #2488: "bug 1739449: remove deprecated symbolicate view code and dependencies" in 7cf6540.
After this deploys to prod, we can write up an infra bug to dismantle "redis-store" for stage and prod. Plus we can update the infra docs.

I deployed Tecken to prod just now in bug #1753441. Marking as FIXED.
