Cannot use CTRL-A to select and then run all filters. Must highlight first line and then Shift-Click the last line to highlight all filters.

Steps to reproduce:

Open Message Filters
Click first filter to assure the body of filters is in focus
Click CTRL-A

Actual results:

Nothing happens

Expected results:

All filters should be highlight and then can be run

Type: defect → enhancement

How about a Filter Messages "Run All" button

In bugzilla, "what you see" tends to be the exact state. Given that this has two easy alternative solutions this won't likely receive attention over broken features or high priority projects.
