Preconditions:

browser.search.region FR
extensions.formautofill.supportedCountries FR
download latest Firefox Nightly with region locale (switch extensions.formautofill.available to "on" for testing non-Nightly builds)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Reach the payment form on fnac.com
2. Click on any auto-filled field and choose any card from the cc dropdown.

Expected Results:

All the auto-filled fields should be highlighted with the auto-fill specific yellow color.

Actual Results:

None of the payment auto-filled fields are highlighted.

Reproducible on Chrome: No
Regression range: this seems to be a regression of Bug 1687682.

Re-tested using the latest Nightly 98.0a1 on macOS Big Sur 11.6 and the issue is still reproducible - the auto-filled fields are not highlighted with the auto-fill specific yellow color.

Site is using an inset box-shadow to prevent the highlight from appearing. I'd be surprised if the highlight is visible in any other browser. This issue is not fixable by Bug 1755033.

Re-tested in Nightly 138.0a1(2025-03-20), the yellow highlight is still not displayed for none of the fields.
Note that the same behavior is present in Chrome as well, none of the fields are highlighted there either.
