Details
Using Moz 1.1b on WinXP Pro. To repro:
0) open Manage Bookmarks
1) create a bookmark on Personal Toolbar pointed at any URL (e.g.
http://www.rotten.com/) and give it some distinctive name (e.g. rotten.com)
2) verify that bookmark works in browser, leaving Bookmark Manager open
3) delete bookmark
4) create new bookmark with different name (e.g. "second rotten link") but
pointing at same URL
5) click OK
6) look at Personal Toolbar
EXPECTED: new bookmark name "second rotten link" is shown
ACTUAL: old bookmark name "rotten.com" is shown
This is a much worse problem than you think when you are reorganizing bookmarks
that are links to server-side database queries (such as Bugzilla queries). Nom.
mozilla1.2.
This is a spinoff bug from bug 151706, "copying and pasting bookmarks produces
odd results when bookmarks are moved or copied."

I like the bug title ;)
This is the same behaviour as bug 93189, which may or may not be a symptom of
bug 51683.
