1741110 - Classic certificate viewer and Thunderbird

Bug 1641082 removed the old certificate viewer code from Mozilla.
Bug 1608894 removed its use in Thunderbird.

But there are regressions. Some functionality is missing. The right approach is probably to work on follow up issues tracked in meta bug 1553524.

However, I'm slightly frustrated that the functionality is simply gone, for example the one I reported in bug 1735832, I'm missing it when troubleshooting S/MIME issues.

I would be nice to have the classic functionality inside a running, modern Thunderbird.

I tried to revert the above changes, and I found that apparently the required base functionality is still present in the esr91 branch, and I got a working local build.

I'm attaching the patches to revert.

I don't suggest to take these patches in this way. But I'd like to keep the patches here for tracking, at least for a while, until I know better how to restore the old functionality.

Note the patches required some merging and adjustments, a simple backout wasn't possible.
