It seams that after the last release on 16th November 2021 if you have many attached files, they will not send as before.

If you have time and can still reproduce the situation or problem, please read https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=bug-writing.html and add a more useful description to this report, including clear and complete steps to reproduce (step by step) as a list which leaves no room for interpretation.

gsi shared more information with me in Italian, translation:
I attach a .pdf file automatically generated by the management software + a file from the Desktop or another file from the management software
I see the following error: "Please check that you have access to the file"
If I only generate a single attachment and send it, it works.
If I attach multiple files from the Desktop, it works.
If I rename the files removing all spaces from the words, then I can send multiple files.
The issue seems to be bug 1735601. The next 91 release should include the fix.
