Steps to reproduce:

Sometimes clicking a button / link will open a popup-style separate window (commonly seen for logins).

Actual results:

The popup only contains the url field on top, but no access to plugin-menus. This stops me from enabling javascript via uMatrix (etc...) for that (external) url.

Expected results:

There should be some way to access all symbols.

bug 1714939 is going to add an option to use normal window or normal tab instead of minimal-popup window for such case.
