17424 - Newly created folder does not show up in the Copy|Move drop-down

Win32 (1999-10-27-09 M11)
Summary: Newly created folder does not show up in the Copy|Move drop-down until
exit/re-launch.
Steps:
1. Launch Messenger and select an account (POP/IMAP)
2. From File|New|Folder, create a new folder. And it shows up in the folder
pane.
3. From the Inbox, select a message (high-light it)
4. Select Message|Move Message|qatest01 on nsmail-2 and try to move the selected
message to the newly created folder

Actual result: The newly created folder does not show up in the drop-down list
of folders in qatest01. I have to exit/re-launch Messenger to see it in the
drop-down list.

Expected result: I expect the newly created folder shows up in the Message|Move
Message or the Copy Message drop-down list without having to exit/relaunch.

This occurs on Linux and Win_nt 4.0.

But Mac has no problem.
