Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 96.0a1 (🦎 96.0a1-20211120090421), Firefox Release 94.1.2 (🦎 94.0-20211028161635)
Operating System: Google Pixel 5 (Android 11) - 1080 x 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio (~432 ppi density), Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 9) - 1440 x 2960 pixels, 18.5:9 ratio (~570 ppi density)

Prerequisites:
ETP - Strict enabled.

Steps to reproduce:

1. 2. Tap "Browse" menu (top left site of the page) a few times, while scrolling down.
3. Observe the behavior.

Expected Behavior:
The "Browse" menu is dismissed or displayed fully on the entire page.

Actual Behavior:
Part of the "Browse" menu remains displayed on the screen.

Notes:

1. Screenshot attached.
2. The issue is not reproducible with ETP - Standard.
