User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/96.0.4664.45 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

As mentioned in bug 1667652 comment #22:
"Link" attachment (external or detached): Background goes blue if selected attachment is not hovered --> blue on blue.
Normal attachment: Background goes white if selected attachment is hovered --> white on white.

Works OK in TB 95 beta, so it must be a recent regression.

The hover issue is Windows only and a regression after bug 1740652.

The focus selected text colour of the detached attachment issue is on all platforms.
