Steps to reproduce:
Actual results:
Bug 1571672 enabled UTF-8 IMAP store (support for UTF8=ACCEPT and UTF8=ONLY), resulting in non-ASCII Gmail folders being stored under the name UTF-8.
However, there is a regression that these non-ASCII folders cannot be included in smart/unified/virtual folders, which has not been resolved to date. (see bug 1739789)
This issue surfaced with the timing of the update from Thunderbird 78 to Thunderbird 91.2.1 or 91.3.0. Some (but not a few) users have been waiting for a month until the issue is resolved, but they won't be able to wait any longer.
Expected results:
The default value for mail.server.default.allow_utf8_accept
should be changed to false.
And the settings for mail.server.default.allow_utf8_accept
should be accessible to the user from menu > settings.
It is desirable that it is officially announced at the time of release that the setting item can avoid the issue.

Bug 1739789 is almost done. I think it's better to fix that and the others.
