Steps to reproduce:

1. Open calendar tab.
2. Select Menu > Print...
3. Switch layout to "Monthly Grid".
4. Click "Next" and then "Print".

Actual results:

Does not print. And the following error is output to the error console.

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: cancelButton is null
    init chrome://global/content/print.js:254
    handleEvent chrome://global/content/print.js:1665

There is no cancel button in the print dialog, so I think that's the cause.

This bug also reproduces in 75.0b4. Daily 96.0a1 (2021-11-29) has a cancel button and can be printed.

Expected results:

Clicking the print button should print.
