Currently the borders between the login-list component and the header on about:logins will be misaligned once Bug 1739390 lands. UX's recommendation is to get these borders lined up. There's probably a way to do this with CSS grid that will make the layout work at various screen sizes but I don't know what that grid styling would look off the top of my head.
