User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/96.0.4664.55 Safari/537.36 Edg/96.0.1054.41

Steps to reproduce:

Add US English language pack.
Run Thunderbird 91.3.1 (Ja) or 91.3.2 (Ja) .
Open [設定] (Options) .

Actual results:

Thunderbird stopped responding.
When I looked at the task manager, I saw that the memory usage of Thunderbird kept increasing and would not stop.

Expected results:

The UI of Options should be fully visible and operable.
