Hello,

the german newspaper www.sueddeutsche.de has a quite complex starting page and
if you scroll down this starting page, you'll see display errors. This is not
due to wrong HTML code, it's some kind of display/graphics problem. 
I reproduced this problem with Mozilla 0.97-99/Win98, Mozilla 1.0.1/Win98,
Mozilla 1.1/Win98, Mozilla 1.0.1/WinNT4 and Mozilla 1.0.1/Solaris 2.6 (this is
why I selected all OS/platform).
If you click at this page, you'll hopefully see what I mean (no german needed
for this).

On MAC OS 9.1 Build 2002100911
I have Problems Only when I scroll with the HORIZONTAL scroll bar.
Using the arrows works fine,  but with the thumb, or page move, i have refresh
problems

The mac problem is bug 170478.

This site is no longer a problem on Windows/Unix with current builds (it's a
problem with 1.0.x builds, but that will not change).
