Details

The failing tests seem to have a dependency on OffscreenCanvasRendering2D but preliminary patches from bug 1746750 doesn't seem to fix them out right. We should fix and force gfx.offscreencanvas.enabled on for these tests.

With the other fixes I've landed, we enabled the WebGL conformance suite with OffscreenCanvas in bug 1746750.
