The menu Help > About Firefox dialog changed its width after bug 1592731, bug 1730110 and bug 1746517 landed. The dialog itself is not resizable for the user.
The manual update URL gets used as text content at https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/829f90aa365a9d9ebfd51e3966cf9333826d7268/browser/base/content/aboutDialog-appUpdater.js#47-50 (before a different panel gets activated?). The width of the dialog should be static.

The bug that this was dup-ed to undid the regression, but the width of the dialog is not static, and I think that :aryx is correct that the width ought to be static.

Moving to backlog, no current user impact but can result in cosmetic issues when About dialog strings change.
