Steps to reproduce:

Trying to compact folders so that mailbox folders are defragmented and lesser storage space is occupied on disk.

Actual results:

Frequently getting error that a particular mailbox folder is locked in another operation.

Expected results:

It should schedule compaction after the current operation completes instead of regretting a sharing violation error.
