DevTools Release Tasks - Cycle 98
Soft Freeze / Merge Date: 2022-02-03 / 2022-02-07 (from the Release Management Calendar)

Anytime during the release:
- ✅ outdated backward compatibility code removed (doc, searchfox)
- ✅ outdated telemetry probes removed (bz query)
Close to the end of the release
- ✅ smoke test for remote debugging against release channel (doc)
- ✅ smoke test for remote debugging against the same version (same doc)
- ✅ check xpcshell debugging (doc)
Marionette:
- ✅ close to the end of release (~1 week), update Marionette release notes on MDN (example for release 91)
- ✅ right after the release, send a mail to the dev-webdriver mailing list

All the testing around DevTools has been done. I'll have a look at the Marionette changes by next week.
