User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/97.0.4692.71 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
Receive a mail with a subject without any type of encoding like quoted-printable or base64 and with special characters like 'ç', 'á'.
Actual results:
When a mail has this situation, the special characters are shown with a '?' instead of the character. This situation didn't happen until version 78 and begun with the version 91.
If the message has the appropriate encoding, it shows correctly.
Expected results:
The special characters should be formatted and shown as it is.

Subject encoding and encoding of the content are different things. Headers do need to be encoded if not ascii.
