Steps to reproduce:
Upgraded from version 95.0.2 to version 96.
Actual results:
Tried to access websites on our internal network that are listed in the Windows 10 proxy bypass settings. Firefox tries to access the sites via the proxy.
Expected results:
Firefox should have bypassed the proxy settings for the websites listed in the Windows 10 proxy bypass list.
The configuration had worked on previous versions of Firefox but does not work in version 96.
