RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1749501

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:96.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/96.0

Steps to reproduce:

when setting "use system proxy" is selected FF96 does not detect network names and pages do not open, but if i check "no proxy" everything goes good.
looks like FF trying to resolve names through proxy when proxy used.

FF95 is ok in both case

We have a proxy in the network and a large number of sites on the internal network, all of these sites are listed as proxy exceptions.
These exceptions are propagated through the IE settings group policy.
When the "use system proxy" option is enabled in FF, internal network sites become inaccessible.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'DevTools::Netmonitor' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Component: Untriaged → Netmonitor
Product: Firefox → DevTools

Agreed with new bug after update from 95 to 96 ver then use proxy server. Sites are listed as proxy exceptions not open in Firefox. They try open via proxy.

It seems that FF ignores exclusion lists

And the exception lists in FF itself work correctly.
