Steps to reproduce:

Windows 10 21h1
In inetcpl.cpl i set proxy parameters and proxy exclusion with about 10 sites to exclude from proxy (a list of sites semicolon separated)

Actual results:

Firefox exclude from proxy only the first site in the semicolon separated list of sites. But if i set manually in Firefox the same proxy parameters and exclusion site list it works correctly

Expected results:

Firefox should exclude from proxy the entire exclusion site list set to inetcpl.cpl (as in previsious Firefox releases)
