Details
I would like to propose a feature seen in Galeon. There, it is possible to
disable auto - completation of the location bar but it is anyways possible to
let the browser complete it by pressing the TAB - key.

And how does someone use their keyboard to get to the content area? ctrl-tab now
shifts tabs, so users can't use that. no one's going to know about an fkey which
doesn't even work on macos.
