User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:96.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/96.0
Steps to reproduce:
Upgraded to newest version of Firefox.
Actual results:
Pages that auto-refresh themselves using <META REFRESH> tag in page <HEAD> section re-position themselves back to the top of the page when auto-refresh occurs. This did not happen in releases earlier than 94 (the bug seems to have been introduced together with bug 1742865, already fixed) and this does not happen when I refresh the page manually by clicking the "Refresh" button: if the page was positioned somewhere in the middle before refresh, it stays there.
Expected results:
Old behavior should be restored: if the page was positioned somewhere in the middle before refresh, it stays there.
