User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:100.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/100.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Use a pointer, not keyboard.
  2. Press Alt and open the View menu.
  3. Hover over the Toolbars entry.
  4. Then, move down the cursor and hover over the Sidebar entry.

Actual results:

It ends up opening View > Toolbars > Bookmarks Toolbar and focusing on its second entry.

Expected results:

It should just open the View > Sidebar and not focus on any of its entries.
