1751120 - Allow loading of web pages in about:message

We need to be able to load the start page and feeds-as-web-pages in about:message. To do this we'll have to (a) extend our special case in nsFrameLoader and (b) load about:message and about:3pane in chrome <browser>s. Since (b) can't be done in-place without making a bunch of changes to the content tab type, in this bug I'll also stop sub-classing the content tab type for the new mail tab types.

Some of the Thunderbird UI is being broken up into separate documents, about:3pane and about:message, which sometimes need to be able to load remote content.

This doesn't work perfectly with about:3pane yet as there are some issues to do with thread selection, but it does work in the case of multiple messages being selected.
