1751294 - After selecting an AB, tabbing from new Address Book search to contacts/results does not show a focus ring on the focused contact

This works in TB 91 (with New AB enabled) and fails in TB 98.0a1, so something specific must have regressed this.

STR

1. Click on All Address Books, then Personal Address Book (to ensure no contact is selected or focused, we want the virgin state).
2. Press Tab key three times.

Actual

• Focus is no longer visible, hence lost for all practical purposes (very irritating)

Expected

• Focus ring must show up on the first contact in the list of contacts.
• I'm wondering if the first contact could be auto-selected, too, which is probably helpful.
• Note: When cycling with Tab into a list of contacts which previously had contact N focused and the AB viewed hasn't changed since, we used to keep that focus on contact N.

This is the scenario of Bug 1751986, comment 1. That bug may well be a duplicate of this, but we could keep it open to make sure.
