Searching is a frequently recurring task while using the Address Book, which definitely deserves a keyboard shortcut.
Expected:
- When AB tab has focus, allow accessing the search box with a keyboard shortcut.
- Ctrl+Shift+K looks like a suitable quick search/filter shortcut (cf. 3-pane).
Note:
- We should probably not use Ctrl+K (xref: bug 1715043), to allow starting a global search from the AB tab.
- We should probably not use Ctrl+F as that's the browser search, and might be useful for searching contact data displayed on the right.
- Ctrl+Shift+F used to be Advanced AB search, which is no longer available atm.

Will this require strings?
Or is it likely we will be able to borrow existing strings.

Old strings haven't been deleted, they're still there so we can still use them.
