This is similar to https://github.com/mozilla/sumo/issues/468 Cannot upload GIF files due to second upload modal not loading up
... except that I have been unable to upload PNG files to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/gallery/images for the last few days.

JPG file uploads still work. I was able to upload "Fx97ChangeDownloadAction.jpg" to the Media Gallery just now with no problem.

I was able to upload three other PNG files to the Media Gallery this morning. I still can't upload "Fx97ChangeDownloadAction.png" because the dialog box where you can enter the image Title and Description does not appear. It looks like the upload issue is with specific PNG files.

I did notice, however, that the Media Gallery shows my .jpg uploads as "PNG". for example:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/gallery/image/44492 shows the following:
Fx97DownloadFile.jpg
452 x 144 px | 41 KB | PNG

When I right-click the image and select "Copy Image Link" I get:
https://user-media-prod-cdn.itsre-sumo.mozilla.net/uploads/gallery/images/2022-01-23-15-23-17-abcb2e.png

Hi Alice, I tried to upload a test image (using Linux) and I did not found any issue.

I still can't upload the one "Fx97ChangeDownloadAction.png" file but all of the other PNG files I've tried today have uploaded. I close this bug. If the problem comes up again with other PNG files we can reopen this bug.
